This research is a type of normative legal research, which discusses the legal consequences for umrah travel agents who do not carry out their responsibilities according to statutory provisions. Every pilgrim has the right to claim compensation for the Umrah travel agency that causes losses due to errors or omissions. The provisions regarding the procedure for filing a claim are in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law. The legal consequences for an Umrah travel agency that does not carry out its responsibilities must pay compensation due to its actions, not only to be punished
